City Hall Clerical Workers/Single Tax, LL#2462 About Us  The City of Scranton Clerical Union Local #2462 was formed in 1971 and represents the City Hall Clerical employees and the Scranton Single Tax Office Clerical workers, who reside in the city of Scranton and who are dedicated workers serving the needs of taxpayers of the City of Scranton. Also, Tobyhanna DS-2 has joined our local, adding about 1,000 members!
